A great recipe to make Strawberry Cocoa Butter Bars. The Ninja Prestige Smart XL Air Fryer & Countertop Oven is used.
Makes about 6 – 8 large bars.
Ingredients:
2 cups of fresh strawberries 12 ounces of cocoa butter 1 teaspoon organic monk fruit extract powder, or 3 tablespoons of a granulated sweetener Optional: 1/4 cup of honey
Get all the dehydrated strawberries off the grates. Some may be easy to remove with a spatula. For any that are stuck. You can something like the sharp point of a skewer. To poke carefully through the opposite side of the grates. Be careful not to poke the metal wires of the grates, that will damage them.
Melt the cocoa butter on very low heat, till it’s liquified.
Add the organic monk fruit extra powder to the cocoa butter, and mix it well.
Optional: If using honey, mix it into the cocoa butter mixture very well. Honey doesn’t harden. So, you have to mix it well, or don’t use honey.
Sprinkle the dehydrated strawberries into single layers in silicone bar molds.
Pour the cocoa butter mixture into the molds. Be careful not to overfill them.
Carefully place the molds into the refrigerator for about an hour.
Once you take them from the refrigerator. Anything not hardened is honey. And will not harden.
Enjoy.
